The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with Citizens Advice Basingstoke, a trusted and highly regarded charity, to make a valuable contribution to helping people overcome the problems they face in everyday life. You would be joining a friendly team who are passionate about helping people. We are looking for an enthusiastic generalist adviser to join our team.

You would initially be working on Adviceline, supporting clients and delivering generalist advice by way of phone. You may also work on other channels including email, web chat or video. Part of your role will also be to cover other projects and as required.

The role would be based in our Basingstoke office with the possibility of hybrid office/home working to be discussed further at interview. The ideal candidate would have Citizens Advice experience, but training would be provided for the right applicant.

Terms of Appointment

The appointment is 37.5 hours per week. Job share considered. There is scope for flexible working subject to business needs.

Holiday allocation is 33 days per annum inclusive of Bank Holidays.
