The Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Business Support Officer to support the smooth running of our operations. Reporting to the CEO, you will handle HR, finance, facilities management, and administration.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Managing office premises and supplies
• Acting as Health and Safety Officer
• Overseeing IT projects and compliance
• Maintaining organisational policies and supporting annual assessments
• Providing administrative support, including minute-taking and meeting coordination
• Handling basic bookkeeping and finance processes
• Coordinating HR administration and supporting recruitment
Person Specification:
We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a varied workload. Essential criteria include:

• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills to maintain efficient administration and finance systems.
• Proficiency in taking meeting minutes and notes.
• Good working knowledge of Google and other IT tools.
• Understanding of workplace Health and Safety, including risk assessments and management.
• Clear and accurate writing skills; effective communication face-to-face and via phone.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
• Knowledge of Data Protection and GDPR.
• Capability to manage a varied workload, prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.
