Due to exciting new business growth, Citizens Advice Dudley & Wolverhampton is seeking a Business Support Manager to join our dedicated team. Main Job Purpose This role will sit within our Business Support Team


The role has 2 dual functions:
1. The first key function is being the direct line manager for our team of 8 Technical and Quality of Advice Supervisors. This team is a separate team within our business support function whose purpose is to quality check and support all our client facing staff in the delivery of high quality advice services. We anticipate this part of the role will take approx 60% of the post holder’s working week.

2. The second key function is to support the Head of Business Support in the creation and implementation of key business support programmes of activity to in the advancement of the organisation’s business plan. This will include sometimes leading directly on key business activities, sometimes working in partnership with other key personnel across the organisation, sometimes overseeing the implementation of work undertaken by other members of the business support team. We anticipate this part of the role will take approx 40% of the post holder’s working week.
