We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity to join our advice team at Citizens Advice Service in Three Rivers as an Advice Session Supervisor. In this role you will work alongside paid and volunteer advisers and support them as they provide advice to clients, including advice about welfare benefits, debt, housing, employment, immigration, discrimination and other enquiry areas.

You will manage and supervise advice sessions, to include face to face drop in and appointment services, and supervise advice given by email, web chat and telephone. You will ensure quality standards are maintained and enhanced. Our ideal candidate will have a sound knowledge of advice service delivery, a passion for ensuring our services are client focused and effective and have the experience and ability to provide strong support and supervision to our advisers. Although experience gained through Citizens Advice is preferred, we will consider a trainee role for the right candidate.

If you enjoy working in a dynamic, busy and friendly environment and share our passion for supporting our local community, then we would love to hear from you.

Every local Citizens Advice is a registered charity. Different application procedures are adopted by individual local Citizens Advice. Contact the relevant one as outlined in the information about this role. You should not send an application form to national Citizens Advice.
