Due to exciting new business growth, Citizens Advice Dudley & Wolverhampton is seeking a Administrator (Wellbeing Service) to join our dedicated team.

Main Job Purpose
Our Wellbeing service (The Self-Management Programme - SMP) is a 6 week course (2.5hrs per week for 6 weeks) delivered to Dudley residents with long term health conditions or disabilities to help improve their quality of life. The sessions cover areas such as managing pain, getting a good night’s sleep, healthy eating, dealing with difficult emotions, relaxation and dealing with triggers. The sessions are delivered by SMP Tutors (paid and volunteers) The administrative role involves speaking to people who have been referred by partner agencies or who have referred themselves onto the SMP programme and enrolling them onto one of the upcoming courses available. This administrative role is also responsible for liaising with our SMP tutors to ensure smooth delivery of the courses.
