Response to Welsh Government’s call for evidence on Locally Owned Renewable Energy [ 120 kb]

The Welsh Government is consulting on its new targets on local ownership of renewables in Wales. Citizens Advice has a statutory role to represent consumers within the GB energy market, including by commenting on governments’ energy policies. Our response focuses some wider consumer issues raised by the proposed new targets, but not covered by the call for evidence.
