In Citizens Advice’s response to Ofgem’s RIIO-1 NOMs Methodology Consultation [ 240 kb] we have outlined that we broadly agree with the the revised methodology. We have also outlined what we would expect to be included as part of the NOMs methodology in the RIIO-2 period.
