Energy firms need to introduce new tariffs before temperatures drop

8 Awst 2013

Citizens Advice has called on energy firms to introduce their four new tariffs before temperatures start to drop, as npower announces a new bill format.

Citizens Advice Chief Executive Gillian Guy said:

“It’s good to see npower focussing on the needs of their customers by simplifying their bills and getting their four new tariffs ready for October. It’s now up to the other energy firms to step up to the mark by bringing in their new tariffs before temperatures start to drop. Delaying new, simpler tariffs will make it harder for consumers to compare between firms and switch to the best deal.”
