Due to exciting new business growth, Citizens Advice Dudley & Wolverhampton is seeking a Welfare Benefits Caseworker to join our dedicated team. We provide comprehensive information, advice and guidance to individuals in need and we are expanding our team to meet the growing demand for our services and new ways of working.

Main Job Purpose

  • To provide confidential, intensive, expert, Welfare Benefit Advice and Casework to clients by a range of methods as required including telephone/digital channels, appointments, outreach work for clients within Citizens Advice Dudley & Wolverhampton (CADW)
  • To contribute towards the delivery of a comprehensive benefits advice service for clients who reside in either the Dudley Borough in line with the requirements of the CADW contractual obligations
