We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and self-motivated Head of People & Operations. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate an outstanding track record and is ready for an exciting new challenge. This is a new role within Citizens Advice Bury & Bolton, that will sit within our newly created Senior Leadership Team.

The successful candidate will:

  • Lead on all internal HR related matters, ensuring consistency in-line within legislative frameworks.
  • Play a key role in supporting our multi-channel advice services by ensuring our processes, platforms and resources are effective and fit for purpose.
  • Show resilience in a fast-changing environment, demonstrating agile thinking and planning skills.
