We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing advice and support services, with a passion for helping others, operational expertise in deploying resources effectively, experience in quality assurance, and an understanding of good quality advice work.

As Head of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality advice services. You will promote a work culture to bring the best out of our teams and one that helps colleagues consistently achieve excellent results, and the highest quality of advice across our many and varied projects.
