As part of our Management Team, this newly created post will oversee and develop our Debt Advice provision across the organisation. This includes our Money and Pension Service Debt Advice Project (MaPSDAP) and People in Mind (debt and mental health) project as well as our volunteer debt advisers and administrators within our Core Service. The role will be key in coordinating a consistent, high-quality service for our clients, feeding into organisational strategy and development of new debt-related projects/services.

We offer:

- 37 Hours per week (Full-time)

- Salary: FTE £30,000 – £35,500 (Band E) per annum

- Permanent contract

- Your main work base will be at one of our offices with requirements to travel to meetings or other offices/locations. Some of the work can be home-based
