Citizens Advice North Nottinghamshire is looking for a dedicated and meticulous candidate to act as a support worker for our Energy Team. The project provides help to those who are struggling to afford energy price rises, as well as supporting consumers to challenge their energy companies' bad practice and errors.

The role will primarily involve supporting the work of our busy Energy Team, triaging clients to ensure they are prepared for appointments and checking whether they have other advice needs. You will also assist with case recording and reporting, and generally ensuring that clients have a smooth advice journey. Please see the job pack on our website for more details.
