The Role:
We are seeking a personable, results-driven and organised individual to join our team as a Debt Caseworker in the King’s Lynn area. You will provide a comprehensive assessment and advice service on all debt-related matters to our diverse clients, addressing potentially complex issues face-to-face from our King’s Lynn office. The role entails ongoing casework aimed at achieving the most optimal financial outcomes for our clients.

What we are looking for:
We will provide full training. However, we will favour applicants who demonstrate the following experience:

  • Comprehensive understanding and application of equality, diversity and inclusion principles in accredited advice provision
  • Ability to recognise safeguarding concerns and facilitate appropriate referrals
  • Proficiency in addressing various advice issues, particularly in welfare benefits (including Universal Credit), Debt, Housing and Employment
  • Strong IT skills to support clients in accessing information using IT systems
  • Prior experience as an accredited adviser in a similar work environment
  • Experience in supporting volunteers
