Due to exciting new business growth, Citizens Advice Dudley & Wolverhampton is seeking a Debt Caseworker to join our dedicated team. We provide comprehensive information, advice and guidance to individuals in need and we are expanding our team to meet the growing demand for our services and new ways of working.
Main Job Purpose
- To provide a comprehensive and confidential specialist debt casework service for clients in line with the requirements of the contractual obligations
- Taking responsibility for the delivery of individual and team targets and outcomes
The service provided must comply with the Financial Conduct Authority standards, and the caseworker needs to be accredited for the activities they carry out, and/or will need to be working towards achieving accreditation within their role.
