We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-organised person to join our Management Team and to support our Contracted advice services programs. This senior role supports the work of our contracted advisers, who work with local clients to help them with their money matters. There are three highly motivated teams that provide specialist case work; Welfare Benefits team, challenging and appealing benefits decisions. Income Maximisation advisers reviewing entitlements and securing additional funds Debt Advice team, accredited DRO intermediaries, undertaking negotiations with creditors, Debt Relief Orders and where appropriate bankruptcy applications.

Financial services are highly regulated, experience and knowledge in this area would be advantageous. These contracted services require performance monitoring and reporting on to the different funders. The teams need a supportive and experienced line manager, with the ability to coach and develop.

We are looking for somebody who is self-motivated, proactive, highly organised, and with a strong attention to detail. Experience in a Money Advice environment would be an advantage, alongside proficient IT skills. The small management team work closely together reviewing client needs and business service delivery, so the ability to work as part of a team is essential.
