Due to exciting new business growth, Citizens Advice Dudley & Wolverhampton is seeking a Housing Advisor to join our dedicated team.

Main Job Purpose

  • To provide a comprehensive and confidential prevention and intervention advice service to those approaching the service with a housing need, across our 2 core contracts with Dudley MBC and the City of Wolverhampton relating to housing advice issues (non-casework) in line with contract obligations
  • Providing guidance on various housing matters including disrepair, complaints, homelessness, accommodation access, and customising assistance by evaluating support requirements
  • Taking responsibility for the delivery of individual targets and outcomes as per our 2 x core contract requirements
