We’re excited to announce that we are seeking to recruit two Digital Skills Coaches to join our team at Citizens Advice Barnsley. Our thriving charity is busy, dynamic and client focused, with a long track record of delivering high quality advice. You’ll be working across Barnsley as part of a new South Yorkshire wide project to promote digital inclusion.

You’ll be supporting local people by:
● Providing one-to-one practical digital advice appointments
● Delivering ‘Connect and Learn’ basic digital skills group training sessions
● Helping people to get connected by distributing free equipment/mobile data via our device and data banks and sharing information about low cost broadband.

Suitable candidates will need to have excellent digital skills, at least 1 years recent experience of working in a customer facing environment and will need to be able to travel to community locations across Barnsley.

Annual Leave: 32 days holiday plus public holidays (pro rata for part time post)
