This is an exciting opportunity to join our friendly team to help our communities navigate the current Cost of Living Crisis. Although this is a fixed term position there may be future opportunities within our service, in the short term to work on other projects up to the 31st of July 2025. The successful candidate will already be working towards a Citizens Advice adviser qualification and be willing to work to targets. You will have excellent communication skills, be IT literate and will be tasked with answering our increased demand over a variety of channels, with an opportunity to train to generalist or caseworker level if coming to our service as an experienced Gateway Assessor.
