- The Core Service Team Leader role is to ensure that our advice services are of top quality and meet the needs of our clients.
- This role is integral and part of a team of three. You will work alongside the other Core Service Team Leader and the Core Services Manager. This will involve supervising core advice throughout the Core Service including the housing project and Adviceline, but will also involve supervising face-to-face, email and where necessary advice on our projects.
- The Core Services Team Leader shares responsibility for ensuring that our volunteers who deliver most of our client facing services are appropriately trained and supported. This is a pivotal position in the organisation and requires someone who is well organised with excellent people and communication skills, resourcefulness and the ability to work well under pressure.
