With local demand increasing we are seeking to recruit a new Citizens Advice Outreach Adviser, to deliver the Citizens Advice service face to face locally in the Castle Point area. Training can be provided to enable the right candidate to deliver our information and advice service. You will be supported by a group of highly skilled supervisors and your trainer to deliver a quality service to meet the needs of our local residents. This is an ideal opportunity to extend your existing skills or develop a new career in a highly rewarding role. We want people who are passionate about giving local residents the best possible outcome and helping the most in need in our community, especially during these challenging financial times. You will be a highly motivated and strong team player with excellent customer service skills. Experience of delivering Citizens Advice service or a similar level of competency is desirable, but training can be provided.
