About us: Our team at Citizens Advice Swansea Neath Port Talbot help roughly 6000 people a year with over 18000 different issues. We value diversity, promote equality and challenge discrimination. Roles: We need an experienced adviser to deliver specialist debt and/or welfare benefit advice to help people find a way forward by providing accurate, tailored and effective information and advice. Specific requirements: - Experience delivering benefit and debt advice with a particular focus on appealing benefits/ upper tribunals, debt relief orders and breathing space - Managing workloads and prioritising tasks - What you can bring to our organisation Trainees will be considered but trainee caseworkers must already have experience delivering advice and have prior knowledge of current debt and benefits areas You will also have strong IT skills and be able to communicate clearly and effectively face-to-face, in writing and over the phone.
