Visiting us in person

The most efficient way for a client to receive face to face advice, is for a referral to be sent to our tasklist, or email to advice@canns.org.uk. In either case, we'll call the client (within 2 working days) and arrange a face to face appointment.

PLEASE NOTE: We encourage clients to call our local advice number 0300 561 2800 or email advice@canns.org.uk for advice. If that isn't possible, we have begun two triage sessions at our Worksop office from 10-12 Monday and Wednesday for any issue. It is better to call or email to allow a booking to be made, to avoid long waiting times and possible full capacity on a day.
