Getting help with Contentful

If you need help using Contentful or you have a problem with your user account, you can ask in the Slack #contentfulhelp channel.

Post full details of your problem and screenshots if this will help us understand. Someone from the content platform team or the CMS training team will reply.

If you haven't had a reply within 24 hours you can contact Julia Sang and they'll chase it up for you.

The type of things you can get help with are:

  • problems logging into your Contentful account

  • setting up and using 2-factor authentication

  • a change you've made in Contentful isn't showing on a page

  • you don't know how to do something in Contentful
