You can add content that can only be seen by users in specific countries - England, Wales or Scotland. This is called location-specific content. For users who can see it, it looks the same as other content around it.

Location-specific content is a type of entry. An entry is a piece of content that can be reused in different places.
If you want to add another type of entry that can only be seen by users in specific countries, check how to:
If you want all the content in your advice collection to only be seen by users in specific countries, change the audience field within the advice collection. You can also check how to create an advice collection.

This will open the ‘Add existing entry’ box. You can now either:
create new location-specific content
find and add location-specific content that already exists in Contentful
Creating new location-specific content

The content of location-specific content
You'll need to fill in the fields of the location-specific content so you can publish it.
Location-specific content name
This won't appear on the site, but people will be able to search for the location-specific content by name in Contentful. Add the country in brackets at the end of the name, for example '(England)' or '(E)'.

Audience
Choose which country can see the location-specific content by ticking the boxes.

Body
This is where you add and edit the contents of the location-specific content. You can do the same things in the body as you can in an advice collection.

Version information
This is where you explain what changes you're publishing. If you're changing existing content, delete anything that's already in the field first.

Try to write the version information so it will make sense to someone who looks at it later without knowing the context. For example:
say if it's new location-specific content, or briefly explain what changes you've made
if the work is part of a project, include the project name
if the change is a maintenance update, include a link to the maintenance Trello ticket
Publishing location-specific content
To publish location-specific content, click the 'Publish' button on the right of the screen.

If it's new location-specific content, you'll also need to publish the changes to the advice collection or entry it will appear on.

At the moment, you must tell the Content Platform team every time you make a change to the content in Contentful. This lets them make the same change in EPiServer. Tell the Content Platform team about changes using the request form.
