How template letters are built in Contentful

A template letter is made up of:
a form the client fills in
a letter that the client can print or download - incorporating their answers from the form
This is how it looks for the user:

In Contentful, it’s made up of:
Template letter entry
User form (form sections)
Letter format

You can either:
create a new template letter entry
edit an existing one

Find an existing template letter
Go to the 'Content' tab in the top menu bar.

You'll see a list of all the content items in Contentful, with a search bar at the top of the page.
Change the ‘Content type’ filter to ‘Template Letter V2’. Then search for the letter name in the search bar.

Open the template letter entry by clicking on the name of the entry. You can also open it with the 3 dot menu on the right. Click ‘Edit entry’.

Once you’re in the template letter entry, you can either:
Some of the existing letters are quite complicated. You should be careful if you need to edit them.
