Citizens Advice Kensington and Chelsea is an advice agency and charity that provides free advice to people who live and work in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. We can give you the knowledge and the confidence you need to find your way forward – whoever you are, and whatever your problem.

Our Mission

Citizens Advice Kensington and Chelsea provides free, independent, confidential and impartial advice and information to residents of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. In carrying out our mission we value diversity, promote equality and challenge discrimination at every turn.

  • Citizens Advice Kensington and Chelsea’s services are provided free to use at the point of delivery.

  • The service provided by Citizens Advice Kensington and Chelsea is completely independent. This means that we can offer impartial advice to you and to take up any issue with the appropriate authority on your behalf.

  • Citizens Advice Kensington and Chelsea offers confidentiality to clients. Nothing that we learn from you, including the fact you visited us, will be passed on to anyone outside the service without your express permission.

  • Our service acts with impartiality. It's open to everybody, irrespective of ability, age, gender, gender identity, race, religion or belief, sexual orientation and social or economic status. Advice and help will be given on any subject without any preconceived attitude. Even if we disagree with you, we will work to act in your interests.
