Visiting us in person
Our drop in service is open and all clients will be greeted by our Reception Team. Clients will usually be offered a call back or a Face to Face appointment. Only clients with very urgent issues will be seen on the same day.

Clients dropping in will usually be booked a telephone appointment, F2F appointments are available to those clients who cannot engage with our digital services.
