Decision on supplementary proposals [ 280 kb]
In November 2017 we published our decision on changes to our energy supplier rating. As part of this decision we also proposed three further changes to the rating, based on consultation responses from suppliers:

to include more voluntary industry schemes in the rating, and adjust the weighting to accommodate this change

to include information on fuel mix in the rating tool on our website (but not score it in the rating itself)

to adjust the way that the switching metric is calculated
This document sets out our decision to proceed with these changes from March 2018. It also contains some guidance for suppliers on providing information for the supplier rating.
