Am y rôl

Citizens Advice Mid Mercia is currently seeking an experienced Money Advice casework to join our team. You will be working for our Financial Inclusion programme and focus on supporting Orbit customers both telephone and face to face exclusively with:

1. Money / debt advice with income maximisation

2. Welfare benefits advice and take-up work

3. Energy Advice and Support

Case work is expected to help navigate the customer through a full journey; including dealing with urgent dent issues, developing and maintaining a budget, maximising their incomes/reducing expenditure and Energy advice and issues.
