When you attend our open door service, you will be greeted by our receptionist and help you fill out a form. Then, one of our team members will chat with you about your needs. Depending on what is needed and who's available, we might be able to help you right away, or we might schedule a follow-up appointment, or signpost you to a more appropriate service.
