We are looking for applications from candidates who can work at our office in Grantham. The position is for 21 hours per week, salary £25,750 per annum (FTE) rising to £27,810 (FTE) upon successful completion of training and probation. The successful candidate will be required to travel to our other offices in Spalding and Stamford on occasion. Citizens Advice South Lincolnshire helps over 13,000 people each year. Our services have been much needed over the last few months as people have faced significant challenges with the cost of living crisis. We know that there will be increased demand in the coming months. We are therefore looking to increase the capacity of our team to help more people with their money problems. We are a positive organisation and offer high quality support and flexible ways of working. You can help us make a difference to people’s lives. Applicants must be computer literate and have knowledge of money advice, although full training and accreditation will be provided. This is a Money & Pensions Service (MaPS) funded role through East Midlands Money Advice (EMMA).
