We’ve secured significant funding from the Money and Pensions Service to provide a free service to clients struggling with debts which will offer a full range of support helping clients find a way forward with their debts. As households struggle with the cost of living crisis this new service will be essential and will deliver impactful outcomes making a tangible difference to people’s lives. This is an excellent chance for Trainee Money Advisers to receive comprehensive training to develop their career in the advice sector, achieving competence as a Money Advice Caseworker within 6-12 months (attracting a salary increase to £29,224).

Successful applicants will have at least 6 months experience of delivering excellent customer service in a regulated environment such as banking, insurance or a contact centre, the ability to work independently without close supervision and collaboratively as part of a team and experience of listening and questioning with an ability to manage challenging situations.
