Do you have at least 2 years of administrative experience or an equivalent qualification? Can you provide support services to a high level whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail? North Yorkshire Citizens Advice & Law Centre has an exciting new role available for a Project Support Officer to assist with the smooth and efficient running of the organisation.

You will play a vital role in supporting our project advisers, caseworkers and management team to help around 25,000 people every year on all types of issues. This is a varied role which will include client administration, such as updating case records, dealing with paperwork and making phone calls, as well as back office administrative tasks including taking meeting minutes, preparing meeting papers, putting together publications and updating website content.

The successful candidate will have excellent IT skills, a positive attitude and the ability to communicate well with colleagues and clients. The role can be based in your choice of the following North Yorkshire offices: Harrogate, Northallerton, Scarborough or Selby.
