Based in an inner city multi-racial area of Leeds, Chapeltown Citizens Advice is an independent charity with 14 paid staff and 35 volunteers that provides a comprehensive advice service from its main office and outreaches.

The role:
We are looking for a hardworking, organised, multi-tasker to work with the Chapeltown Citizens Advice team as an Office Manager. You will have some experience and a willingness to learn and develop. Work can be fast-paced and requires emotional intelligence and an eye for detail. It is diverse and offers a good opportunity to make your mark. Some of your work will be planned and at other times it will be responsive.

The Office Manager will undertake a variety of tasks and functions:
- IT management
- running operational reports from our CRM (for which training will be provided), - building facilities
- and administration support.

Tasks will include analysis of office systems and procedures, assisting the Chief Officer to comply with some statutory duties, (health and safety, data protection), undertaking general facilities & office management. The post holder will also provide line management to the very small administration team. We require that you have a commitment to the aims and principles of the Citizens Advice Service and that you ensure the work reflects and supports the Citizens Advice service's equality and diversity strategy.
