Being a member of the energy team involves giving advice via telephone and email to reduce fuel poverty. This can include advising on energy efficiency measures and dealing with fuel debt as well as providing advice on income maximisation and checking welfare benefit entitlement. We are looking for individuals with a strong sense of commitment and who can work flexibly for our many different energy contracts.
