Citizens Advice Leeds is working for a fairer society where people are free from the effects of poverty and injustice. We are a local charity helping over 30,000 people a year to resolve financial, housing, employment and other legal issues. We have reopened our face to face services but much of our advice will still be delivered by telephone and online channels. If you’d like to join our team helping service users find solutions to their problems, we have a number of opportunities open to qualified and trainee candidates who will bring enthusiasm, strong communication skills and a focus on delivering positive outcomes to their work.

We are seeking a Front Desk and Volunteer Supervisor to join our established frontline service delivery team and play a key role in helping our Advice Hub run to a high standard, with a strong focus on customer service. The successful applicant will have experience of working on a busy front desk or reception, supporting staff and/or volunteers and overseeing day to day service delivery. You should have excellent communication skills and an understanding of the importance of support, training, development and motivation for individuals. You should be organised, solution focused and a good team player.

Every local Citizens Advice is a registered charity. Different application procedures are adopted by individual local Citizens Advice. Contact the relevant one as outlined in the information about this role. You should not send an application form to national Citizens Advice.

All local Citizens Advice produce their own annual report, but you can find out more about the Citizens Advice network or download the latest national Citizens Advice annual report.
