As an Energy Project Advice Worker you will join our Energy Team and play a key role in ensuring our clients receive good quality generalist advice with a focus on alleviating fuel poverty and advising on energy efficiency measures, working across telephone and digital channels. You should be well organised with the ability to work independently. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential as is the ability to listen, engage and empathise with potentially vulnerable clients. Strong communication and IT skills, the ability to quickly navigate information systems and a focus on delivering team targets are some of the key attributes needed for this role.

As a trainee you will develop the skills to deliver advice over the phone and online, covering a range of subjects including energy, welfare rights. If you can offer enthusiasm and a desire to learn, strong IT and communication skills, we’re offering training and support to enable you to achieve full competence in 6-8 months.
