Due to exciting new business growth, Citizens Advice Dudley & Wolverhampton is seeking a Employment Law Caseworker to join our dedicated team.

Main Job Purpose:

  • To provide comprehensive and confidential employment law advice and support to clients that live across the Dudley Borough and City of Wolverhampton
  • To support clients to resolve their employment issues through advice and support tailored to their needs. This will include ongoing casework, support through long term sickness, conduct and discipline, grievances and grievance panels, appeals against warnings and dismissals, settlement agreements and and Employment Tribunals
  • To manage a caseload, taking responsibility for the delivery of individual targets and outcomes
