We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, client focused and self-motivated Deputy CEO & Head of Advice. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate an outstanding track record and is ready for an exciting new challenge. This is a new role within Citizens Advice Bury & Bolton, that will sit within our newly created Senior Leadership Team.

The successful candidate will:

  • Ensure that our multi-channel advice services are high quality, client focused and effective to meeting evolving local need, show resilience in a fast-changing environment, demonstrating agile thinking and planning skills.
  • Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and deputise for the CEO in their absence.
