We are seeking an experienced Debt Adviser to join our team, but will consider taking on the right people as trainees if you have relevant transferable skills. As a Debt Caseworker you will provide debt advice and casework services including negotiating with creditors and representation of clients. Your work will involve advice and casework on a range of priority and non-priority debt and money advice issues.

Citizens Advice Flintshire has three main offices (Mold, Connah’s Quay and Holywell) as well as a number of outreaches across Flintshire. We also help people to access self-help information and provide advice via telephone, email, WhatsApp and Messenger.
