We are looking for a benefits adviser to join our team who provide advice to clients claiming or looking to claim Universal Credit. The position is entirely home working and would be ideal for someone with experience of delivering benefits advice across any channel. You will be joining a team with great technical knowledge and experience who work together remotely but in a very supportive environment. We are a high performing service in terms of local and national project provision and this is in the main due to us having experienced and committed staff across all our areas of work.

The post is available for a minimum of 14.5 hours and a maximum of 29 hours per week so can be worked flexibly.
