Citizens Advice Bradford & Airedale is a large, busy district advice service based over 3 sites in Bradford and Keighley. This vacancy is for a Trainee Advice Assessor or an Advice Assessor. Full training would be provided for the right candidate. This is an entry level post with career development opportunities The role is to provide the first point of contact for the public on our busy adviceline, receptions and other channels of contact. You will need to be friendly, approachable & be a brilliant communicator. You should also have a commitment to working with people from a range of diverse backgrounds who are living in economically challenging situations.
