About the role

Would you like the opportunity to work in our fast growing energy team? Do you have experience of giving advice on energy related matters or would you be willing to learn about this and other enquiry areas such as debt and welfare benefits?

Being a member of the energy team involves giving advice via telephone and email to reduce fuel poverty. This can include advising on energy efficiency measures and dealing with fuel debt as well as providing advice on income maximisation and checking welfare benefit entitlement.

We are looking for individuals with a strong sense of commitment and who can work flexibly for our many different energy contracts. The successful candidate will have excellent listening and questioning skills as well as the ability to use IT in the provision of advice. If you could contribute to the ongoing success of the energy team and if you want to learn from the very best, then this could be the perfect role for you!

The role can be fully remote, from anywhere in the UK, for the right candidate or based in any one of the following offices across North Yorkshire: Northallerton, Richmond, Malton, Scarborough, Selby, Harrogate or Skipton.

Interviews will take place in the week commencing 21 October 2024 or earlier if sufficient applications are received.
