About the role
Citizens Advice Sandwell & Walsall are looking for a Debt Advice Worker to join our debt caseworker team to provide a specialist debt advice service to our clients.
You will be responsible for assessing and prioritising client needs and providing practical help and advice by calculating, negotiating, drafting/writing letters and making calls on behalf of the client. You will act as a point of contact for clients whilst negotiating on their behalf with third parties.
If you are new to debt advice a trainee position will be considered (£23,230 p/a until qualification).
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and capable individual to join the Sandwell & Walsall team providing essential support to clients across Sandwell & Walsall.
