About the role
These exciting roles are in the Supported Advice Service Team and is based in our offices in Bury St Edmunds, but you may need to work from one of our other offices. You will be working as part of a team supporting clients who have poor mental health. The role reports to the Operations Manager.
You will provide advice and casework to clients primarily on benefits, debt, housing, and employment with the aim of improving their mental health and wellbeing. Clients will be referred into the service by our partners including doctors’ surgeries, Havebury Housing, and the Steam Café. Clients can be referred to other specialists within Citizens Advice West Suffolk and to external organisations for additional support.
You will help to administer our evaluation processes (training provided); and to contact our clients to complete short surveys and to record their feedback on our service.
