General Adviser

We have an opportunity for 2 full time (job share considered) generalist advisers to join our organisation and its enthusiastic team striving to help residents in rural Cambridgeshire.

We are looking for candidates who believe in the Citizens Advice mission, with proven experience of providing advice and support to clients and are looking for a new opportunity to have a positive impact on the local community.

Following training, you will be able to provide information and advice to members of the public on the phone, web chat and email, together with a face-to-face service, advising on a wide range of issues such as benefits, debt, housing, employment, family and immigration.

The role will be pivotal in supporting our advice services with a focus on the delivery of our digital service, as well as providing cover at our outreach face-to-face sessions, as required.
