Operations and Training Manager - Volunteer Core team

The post holder will be key to delivering our Generalist Advice Service. Duties include recruiting and training volunteer advisers, responsible for delivery of the volunteer training programme, working together with colleagues in Herefordshire. Supervising and managing the volunteers to ensure a consistent level of service is maintained and monitoring quality advice standards. The post holder will look for opportunities to promote volunteering with our service and work with senior management to maintain relationships with our partners. This is a permanent position with opportunities for career development.
