About the role

In this role, you’ll be responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting complex data sets that will help us understand the challenges people are facing and identify opportunities to make a real impact. You will also support the organisation by providing monitoring information for our key contracts. As our Data Analyst and Researcher, you’ll work closely with various teams to provide data-driven insights that will shape our strategies and enhance our services as well as campaign for change. Whether it’s identifying trends in client needs or evidencing policy issues, your work will be essential in helping us support individuals and families during these challenging times.
