If you need support with income maximisation, completion of benefit application forms and support with benefit related queries, you can visit your local Walsall Connected site for initial support.

Any queries requiring additional support such as appeals, tribunals and court representation will be referred to Welfare Benefits Support service at Citizens Advice Sandwell & Walsall.
Please note the Walsall Office can only support with Welfare Benefits and debt issues on an appointment basis.
